A massive real estate business making north of $2 billion in annual revenue came to us after failing to implement effectively a multitude of 3rd party AI tools within their organization. They were frustrated.
On paper, every single one of these AI tools looked incredible: automated lead scoring, follow-up, appointment booking—you name it. But in practice? Each one was focused on solving a single problem and was not working in sync with the rest. This created an extremely fragmented and disjointed tech stack that was costing tens of thousands of dollars in subscription and usage fees on a monthly basis… and the worst part was that the results were not there.
One of the other major complaints: all these ‘out of the box’ solutions offer very little room for refinement, adjustment and deeper integration—making it impossible for the company to tailor the functionalities to their specific needs and processes.
Last but not least, considering the size of the company there were a lot of security, privacy and compliance concerns. None of the tools were SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, meaning they were not required to adhere to any particular data protection standards. They wasted 4 months and thousands of dollars.
When we audited their business, we redesigned the process from the ground up, and built a custom AI business system—aligning it with their actual processes, needs and goals. We recreated their customer journey, set clear compliance and security mechanisms, implemented company-wide AI governance rules, and trained their team on how to use AI professionally.
